Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 103 === The present study examined whether felt trust, trust in supervisor and mutual trust, respectively, and empowering leadership correlated positively with affective commitment and voice behavior, respectively. Data were obtained from 82 executives and 214 employees of the bank. In this study, these employees rated their perceived empowering leadership and self-rated felt trust from executives in T1, these employees self-rated trust in supervisor and mutual trust from executives in T2, while executives rated subordinates’ affective commitment, voice behavior in T3. To enhance the clarity of the causal relationship among variables of the present study, questionnaires were distributed at three time points. Results indicated that felt trust, trust in supervisor and mutual trust, respectively, has partial mediating effect of empowering leadership on affective commitment; and that felt trust, trust in supervisor and mutual trust, respectively, has full mediating effect of empowering leadership on voice behavior.
