碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 103 === In the beginning of the 21st century, with the coming of the modern information society and the rising of the Internet, wireless digital information transmission has become the dominating channels for information exchange, communication, and publication of individuals, groups and government agencies. The application and readiness of information have become important indices for measuring culture literacy of the nationals and the competitiveness of the nation. With the rapid expansion of Internet services, the society reliance on the Internet is becoming heavier and heavier. All the above have led to the change in campus management and teaching mode. The introduction of digital information makes the importance of management of intellectual property right growing up as well. In this research, based on “the control items of ISO 27001：2013 Information Security Management Specification” and “PDCA Mode”, by the method of in-depth interviews we explore the Intellectual Property Right Management of Information System of some junior high school in Taoyuan City in the hope of meeting the requirements under “Information and Communication Security Management Specification in the Education System.” It provides outcomes of our study to schools and education administration agencies for reference in the digital information management and teaching to meet with the intellectual property right management.
