The results showed no significant negative relationship between job stress and leisure participation of civil servants: the assumption does not hold. Not between leisure participation and quality of life of significant positive relationship between the civil service: the assumption does not hold. No significant negative relationship between job stress and quality of life of civil servants: Assumption does not hold. The study indicates there is much room for improvement still needs further study. Keywords: firefighters, work stress, leisure participation, quality of life
