The study refers to relevant literatures to set up questionnaire including different constructs of idolism, interpersonal relationship, fashion involvement, and academic achievement to measure junior high school students. Fifty-nine junior high schools in Taoyuan County were classified based on its location and consequently 4 junior high schools in city, 3 ones in country and 2 ones in remote districts, under consideration of distribution to south or north Taoyuan County, were prepared for investigation. Therefore, research samples were draw out by proportion in local schools with stratified sampling, and one class individually chosen from seventh, eighth and ninth grade with random sampling. Students self-reported with idolism were asked to complete the questionnaire with purposive sampling and only 462 valid samples remained for further analysis. The hypothesis of this study was testified with different statistical methods including descriptive statistics, t-testing, ANOVA , factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there were differences of idolism based on different sex, grade, economic situation, monthly pocket money and maternal education level in junior high school students. Besides there were differences of interpersonal relationship under different sex, grade, economic situation and parental education level in junior high school students. There were differences of fashion involvement because of different economic situation and monthly pocket money in junior high school students. In addition the variables of idolism, interpersonal relationship and fashion involvement can predict academic achievement positively. The predictive power of interpersonal relationship is the highest whereas the idolism is the lowest. At last, the study brings up different suggestions, according to the findings of the research, to promote education and consultation for teenagers. In addition some recommendations are proposed for further academic researches as well as for educational practitioners in order to promote positive teaching intelligence of teachers.
