Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學系 === 103 === Due to the ever-changing technology and globalization, new products are advancing all the time, therefore the product life cycles becoming shorter and shorter, and consumer behavior has changed. Faced with this ever-changing business environment must accelerate product development and innovation in order to keep competitive in a highly competitive market. This study will select a total lowest cost of project team member combination, this project team member combination needs to consider the effect on productivity of project team members and the project cost with on-job training, and must meet several requirements about the project. First of all, the problem is constructed as a mathematical model, and solved with the optimized software - Lingo11. Then explored whether the on-job training and its budget effect on project cost, as well as the effect on cost and completion time with new hires or professional worker. The results showed that after analysis the project with on-job training at a reasonable budget can reduce costs and shorten the project completion time, in the other hand it is possible by selecting new hires to make up the lack of employee productivity in the company or choosing less expensive staff to execute the project.
