Therefore, this study Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, East Malaysia, Penang and Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and Sarawak Kuching Simma is divided into three regions for the survey analysis object, the status of the implementation of a public building elevator Braille system of Malaysia and Taiwan for, detail design and build of the similarities and differences, the use of quality function deployment (QFD) to calculate the weight of the cross comparative analysis and discussion, the results showed that the future can be used as building codes and make amendments to the country for the visually impaired as a reference basis for educational institutions, thus providing the future with Elevator build international standards of universal design braille (Universal Design) projects need to be considered. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. To gain a better understanding of the current Braille elevator signage systems in Malaysia. 2. To establish the ranking system and grading pattern of the Braille elevator signage systems in Malaysia. 3. To establish information database on the Braille elevator signage design in Taiwan. 4. To establish a comparison table for Braille elevator signage systems in Malaysia and Taiwan. 5. To provide suggestions for planning and implementing Braille elevator signage.
