碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 都市計畫與空間資訊學系 === 103 === 　　The purpose of this study is to investigate the disaster preventable parks location construct, focus on impact of seismic hazard, and the establishment of disaster preventable park planning and regional evaluation criteria. Firstly, the past literature is reviewed on urban disaster research, planning major earthquake in Taiwan and abroad related to the principle of disaster preventable park that disaster preventable park construction considerations for considerations of four, then use the grey relation model and entropy weight method, derived disaster park location site assessment indicators relative weights and sorting. 　　This study applied factor analysis and cluster analysis to identify high-risk earthquake areas as empirical Taichung area. Then through the ArcGIS buffer analysis and network analysis, and TELES establish assessment database. Assessment found that service capability and availability of important disaster preventable park. 　　Among the effect of potential risk, fire is important in the assessment. Empirical research, selected to the city park area within the empirical analysis and discussion for the object, and make recommendations and review.
