Therefore, in Taiwan, how to get out of Taiwan, have global vision, and with more competition in the world market; the focus is on how to cultivate outstanding Taiwanese international business executives personnel.
This paper focus on two international small and medium enterprises Guangdong Province Dongguan city HS electronic factory and Fuqing city of Fujian province SJ textile factory. Interview Chen manager and Zheng assistant manager two senior management personnel and analyzes the research, to summarize the practical management problems faced by Taiwan small and medium-sized enterprises when they advance mainland market.
The results of the research focused on how to solve the human requirement and human training problem when small and medium-sized enterprise advancing Asian markets and Chinese mainland market. Achievements improve the management problems of the lack of human training technologies in the enterprise.
Describe in the case study of functions of enterprise development and staff development training for relevance, based on pragmatic business analysis to discussing the results of the study. And illustrate the practical application, using methods of PDDRO training cycle and apply in the enterprises.
