Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程學系 === 103 === This research aims to investigate the mold angle, extrusion ratio and contact friction of aluminum alloy 6061 extrusion process through finite element analysis package software ANSYS,and verify the simulation result with literature in order to prove the application of the software ANSYS. This paper is mainly to analyze how extrusion load varying with different parameters when billet mold processed by different die angle, extrusion ratio and contact friction, and try to figure out the optimum parameters and improving mold’s service rounds by observing the changes of equivalent stress and strain from the extruding process. The result shows regardless of the other finite element analysis software package DEFORM-3D or experimental result data are consistent with theoretical trend. From the research, the contact friction between extruding mold angle, mold and billet as well as the extrusion ratio between the billet diameter and mold outlet all can directly affect the extrusion load and the friction stress to the mold. Among them, when mold angle increased the loading relatively enlarged, but when mold angle is too small, it contrarily causes counter-effect, so through the analysis and experimental to find out optimal design parameters.
