Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 光電學系 === 103 === This study is to design a LED illumination system, which can be applied in the fluorescence microscopy for observing cells with specific fluorescence molecules. First, according to radiometry and photometry, the required number of light source was calculated out. Then the 3D drawing and ray tracing simulation softwares were used to build the model of LED light source, which was composed of a collimation lens array, a confocal system and a diffuser to produce a uniform light beam with a small divergence angle. After analysis, the central irradiance, the optical efficiency, the uniformity of this system reached 13.2 W/m2, 72.33 %, and 1.32, respectively. Finally, we also analyzed the assembly tolerance of the system. The shifting tolerance in assembling LED light source is about 0.3 mm.
