It is necessary for us to make sure with the safety of door-opening.
According to "Road Traffic Safety Rules" section 112, paragraph 1 and paragraph 15: "When the doors open outwards while parking, should pay attention to pedestrians vehicles and giving them priority the violation infringed the penal law of Negligent homicide and negligent causing injury sin the penalty is more than six month in prison and a maximum of two years in prison if death occurs.
If taxi drivers and other professional drivers do not stop at side border of road and passengers getting off cause the accident they commit penal law of Negligent homicide and negligent causing injury by professional heavier and the penalty is more than a year in prison and a maximum to five years in prison.
The present study designs a practical guarding mobile door-opening warning device and integrates a set of simple electronic components to construct a complete car door-opening warning system.
The testing shows that the system is feasible and can give a good function to warn the passenger in real practice.
By means of the warning system the mobile drivers and passengers can avoid the accident when opening door suddenly as the objects get close to mobile with speed from behind. The traffic injury or death can be much saved by the good guarding function of the warning system .
