After a literature review, the work motivation is defined through various incentive systems for managers to generate a strength, direction and sustainability of the three elements, driving employees to change tasks related behaviors, attitudes, and thus enhance the dynamic efforts to achieve organizational goals. Organizational climate defined a common view within the organization and other members through their values, personal characteristics and needs, organization's policies, practices, procedures generated. Organizational commitment is defined as the target of self-awareness and organizational members of the organization, values produce consistent, and a sense of belonging and the organization defines itself as a part of the organization. Literature analysis and questionnaire survey were utilized to explore the questions of the research framework. A survey of 320 questionnaires which was conducted in this research rendered the valid response at an effective rate of 91.4% from the 294 interviewees. The results showed that : First, work motivation has a prominently effect on organizational commitment. Second, work motivation has a dramatically effect on organizational climate. Third, organizational climate has a significantly effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational climate can't interact work motivation and organizational commitment. This study suggests that the management of health-related industries should be improved salary structure, the establishment of appropriate procedures and regulations, to create a good working atmosphere.
