Therefore, schools must strengthen its education charms. Characteristic class development would be very important indicators for schools competitiveness. This article explores the school experience of public and private primary and secondary schools, utilizing a semi-structured questionnaire to extract expert interviews and preform qualitative analysis. This research framework explores the administrative staff, teachers, and parents interaction patterns in a competitive environment. This article explores these relationships under the school leadership's desire to explore innovative business models, while trying to meet the individual needs of the parents, provide students' style choices, and enhance the quality of education and student skills. The micro-political power of competition, combined with Porter's five forces model to explore can lead to object management difficulties. The study found that a diverse and rich curriculum must have a professional team of teachers that can accumulate their experiences. There also needs to be a willingness to reduce the flow of teachers which is a major quandary for operations management. Transfer students that join educational institutions can cause adaptation problems and challenge the classroom teacher's resilience and classroom management, as well as challenge the administrative team. In response to two years in the state religion and experiential approach, private accommodation service is, in fact, a major feature and advantage of students without territorial restrictions. Then, the student accommodation management counseling increases school costs in human resources, while improving the variation in the quality of school management.
