The thesis makes demonstration from three perspectives of market, service, and finance. The thesis thinks through research analysis, first, as first puppet company in Taiwan, Pili Company ranks top no matter in marketing popularity or occupancy in China, whose march into China has excellent basis. Although there are some unavoidable risks existing, as to marketing level, its march into China is completely feasible; secondly, puppet company has no legal impediment to enter into China even with certain preferential policies. If it chooses appropriate region, it can develop and grow into big company to a large extent. As a result, Plil company’s entry into China is feasible in operation level; finally, the thesis thinks after analysis and prediction about finance in Plil company that as to financial level, Pili company’ s entry into China market will gain considerable profits. As a result, it is feasible to enter into mainland market. Above all, the thesis makes the following conclusion: no matter analyzing from perspective of market, operation or finance, it is feasible decision with considerable profits for puppet enterprise (such as Pili company) with cross border trade ability to enter into China market.
