So this study is to investigate and create a user experience when browsing photos as a precondition of a mobile phone APP. In this study, the APP named "Moments". It is to let the user browse the photo, not just one by one to see, but can be accompanied by a number of design and features such as voice and text description through the user interface, let albums vary, add different visual experience. Moments means a user to take pictures of "the moment", it is not just a picture, also recording situation and feelings at that time to take pictures, Allowing users to come back later to see these photos, you can make yourself more immersive, and recall the original move took this pictures. Photos application is based the simulation interface assessment and recommendations as the basis for real, and experimental testing and assessment of the results of this stage. Explore different photo browsing application experience, whether it can really enhance the user experience while viewing photos and album of the same browse frequencies. Summarized the conclusions of the study by concrete outcome of the discussions, It consists of a mobile app design and photo browsing application designed two-part conclusion. The following is mobile app for the interface design of the summarized conclusions: 1.Confirm development purposes. 2.Close to the context of use. 3.Give full play to the device characteristics. 4.Function should be refinement, not seek more, and moving lines should be smooth operation. The following is a photo browsing application interface design summarized the conclusions of the study: 1.Graphical presentation must be able to have a direct association. 2. Feedback and tips necessary. 3. Quick and instant browsing.
