碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 織品服裝學系碩士班 === 103 === The textile industry is an important contributor to Taiwan’s early economic development, however under the change of the overall industrial environment and pressure of global competition, the business thinking of textile industry must be in line with the international trends. Therefore, how to enhance the competitiveness through innovation is a significant issue for all the textile enterprises. This research applied the case study method and targeted the executives and leaders of the Woven Fabric Vertical Integration factory and tried to find out the impact of innovation on enterprise value chain and organization performance. According to the research, here are the results: First, the textile industry should pay attention to the product differentiation, market segmentation and development. Second, the vertical integration and consistent production process can bring competitive advantages to textile industry. Finally, enterprise must have innovation research and development skill which goes with the global trend. Moreover, the research provides three suggestions for the textile industry: being positive towards enterprise transformation and innovation, operating its own brand to keep the product value and advantage, and nurturing and incubating talents.
