Globalization trends have prompted industry must face rapidly changing environment, and competitionfrom around the worldare growing, these rapidly changing business environment, having critical impact on the operations of Taiwanese companies.Facing such strong challenges of globalization, Taiwanese businesses needs sustainable development and growth, transformation has become an inevitable trend.
This study aimed to explore issues of business transformation. This study organized the relevant literature of business transformation, (including the transformation of the definition, the way of business transformation, and business transformation of key success factors), Industry Characteristics and business patterns, as well as interviews with experts in industry, government and scholar, establishing business transformation of suitable models for Taiwan at this stage. Inthis business transformationmode, divided into two parts, for internalenvironmental factors andexternal environmentfactors, and the business transformation type divided into Holism, Ambidextrous form, Acquisition/Restructuring, Good to Great.For the process of transformation, the study is concerned of three items is benefit, risk and key success factors. In this study, using the actual business transformation case related information, verify the applicability of this study proposed transition mode and investigate the case of enterprise transformation process of the key factors.
