Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 金融與國際企業學系金融碩士在職專班 === 103 === Recently, the food and restaurant business has adopted from the rapid change of the environment and expanded from physical storefront to virtual/online store, also other approach. It is vital to make the precise future assessment of the company development so that it can maintain the highest profitable situation. This case study uses Case Analysis Method, analyzing its competitive advantage and weakness. The study finds out that the cost issue is the weakness of this case so it is suggested to adopt automation equipment after five years. In order to evaluate the case’s short-term expansion strategy objectively and comprehensively, this study uses Feasibility Study Modeling which includes multiple assessment criterions and uses AHP as decision basis. Followed by using sensitivity analysis, this study found out that it can pay back in 2.257 years and adopt automation equipment under general circumstances. After series of sensitivity analysis, the study shows it is still possible to have pay-back and even can profit within five years, also it shows the evaluation modeling the study uses is feasible. The expansion strategy is a vital factor in business decision making. The case can refer to the analysis provided by this study.
