Two luxury brands were been interviews for this study, which is Christine Dior and Burberry. Through the deep interviews with the two top luxury brands to explain the secrets of success by proving detail information about the brands management and brands culture. Also through the personal experience been served as first class customer of these two brand, the author will be having the right to give suggestion to other luxury brands advisor on CRM perspectives, as well as what the regular brands can learn from those two brand, as proving the comparison the similarities and differences between those two luxury brands.
