It provide an effective method to compile and analyze student's examination answer results and diagnose the questions of student. It can provide teacher for the teaching and proposition reference. Summarize the research result as below. 1. It analyze the examination questions according to the classic test thery. The degree of difficulty is suitable to easier and the distinguish level is well. The choice items of examination questions can entice student to answer. 2. Due to the question analysis by the IRT 3 parameter log simulation, the index of confidence is 0.915, the average distinguish level is 1.688, the degree of difficulty is 0.2105, and the total surmise level is 0.212. It show that this is a good examination questions for its high confidence index, high distinguish level and it conform with the surmise range. 3. According to the analysis by the attention parameter, the examination questions suit to distinguish the high or low level of students. 4. According to the analysis of characteristic curve by answer option and enticement answer option, this is a good examination.
