碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 103 === Communication is indispensable not only to personal groups institutions and organizations communication, as for the armed forces, communication with regard to command and control, transmission and communication of intelligence, negotiations of tasks and so on plays an even bigger role. Military communication nowadays requires the features of stability and secrecy, therefore wired communication has usually been a major method of communication. The communication equipment rooms are established to accommodate facilities in order to provide services such as telephone, telegraph, fax, and internet. Owing to the advancement of technology, various kinds of communication technologies and transmissions have been developed. The communication contents have made change from voice message to digital data gradually. At is convenience for the data transmission, but increase the risk of information security communication. This thesis aims to explore the problems encountered by the Air Force in terms of managing the communication equipment rooms. The Delphi method is adopted by this research along with literature analysis and the questionnaires answered by the people who manage communication equipment rooms. Appropriate controlled items were selected from the information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001:2013). According to the AHP hierarchical analysis, they were utilized to establish the three-layered hierarchical system and analyzing indicators. Paired matrixes were created and analyzed by statistical methods in order to reach weighted results. Therefore, the feasibility of relevant controlled items through (ISO/IEC 27001:2013) in the air force communication equipment rooms can be validated. Also according to the weight of the obtained results of this study showed that "information security policy and human resource security" to face the Air Force communications room configuration management job change (the overall objective) holds the largest weight, but also to obtain third-tier structure of various factors weights to room management perspective, are combined with the scope of the task can be executed, the results will be used as a reference in the use of the future Air Force.
