It can also eliminate the potential risks of the environmental, safety, and health. The main purpose of this study was investigated by the Kuang Tien General Hospital and Department of Safety, Health and Environment Engineering of HungKuang University to establish the E-information platform for Bio-Medical waste management in hospital. With the innovation of this study, Kuang Tien General Hospital is first to initiate the Waste Management Information System via E-management approach among the whole medical and health care field in Taiwan. By means of the combination of “Information Technology System” and “Environmental Protection” persuasion, the clean and taking-out procedures for the Bio-Medical Waste could be deliberately redistributed (e.g., by using “electron-platform scale” take the place of traditional/analog one), for simplifying the foregoing manual operations, and improve the easily-caused “error” within the entire working processes, so as to miniaturize the deviation while registering the Bio-Medical waste products. Hence, this study would be also regarded as the optimum way to integrate and promote efficiency of various works associated with Bio-Medical waste management. According to the above-mentioned research background and well-prepared method, this study demonstrated and accomplished as follows: 1. Bio-medical waste to reduce internal controls and the EPA to declare the weight difference. 2.Information management of biomedical waste by understanding its relevance industrial waste. 3. Ward and non-ward biomedical waste per unit of output and the volume of business relevance. 周偉龍 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 88 zh-TW
