| Summary: | 碩士 === 華夏科技大學 === 資訊科技與管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 103 === In this study apply the in-depth interview and questionnaire to collect within MNEs professional managers directly involved in the planning and implementation of the decision-making process of new product development projects and the current situation, including of the background, rule and conflicts then apply the AHP to construct the new product development management decision process to make "Outsourcing design", "Collaborative Design" or " Own design" ranked the best interests standard decision scheme and implementation, including the 4 criteria, 14 subcriteria and 37 pairwise comparison item.
This study had via in-depth interview and questionnaire survey analysis results showed and get related conclusion: MNEs in accelerated market competitiveness and reduced business cost of consider decision full Board outside design and making for implementation based, regardless of is proposal II "collaborative design" of integration, or proposal III "own design" of way, are performance out MNEs new products development project of "select integration manpower, market and resources of more better new products development plans implementation" needed adjustment of trend. AHP analysis of results, on the 4 criteria “advantages”, “cost”, “conflict” and “delivery” of comprehensive consideration, existing proposal I "outsourcing design" for better decision making. Show result of the MNEs project handling manager decision to full outsourcing design and production of proposal with a broad consensus.
