For conducting the search, this thesis applied empirical method and surveyed with 155 staffs who workedat CMI. The result indicates that Working Conditions and Health and Safety are related and Working Conditions and Health and Safety have a significant effect on Occupational Injury in CMI. This study also gives the recommendation for CMI managers to understand the staff’s opinion in its operation and management.
