碩士 === 開南大學 === 物流與航運管理學系 === 103 === The Cross-Strait Agreement on Trade in Services has been signed between the Straits Exchange Foundation and the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits in June 2013. The shipping industry in Taiwan has concerned with the open to the maritime services in said Agreement. In addition, the Committee of Legislative Yuan has held a public hearing to gather opinions from the maritime sectors. Hence, the problem and effect caused by the Agreement shall be further examined. This study mainly probes into the opinions form the various sectors of maritime services during the said public hearing. Furtherly, the policy explanation from the Government shall be analyzed. Finally, the research has interviewed in depth with some senior experts in the industry. The analysis on those opinions and suggestions from interviews shall be provided for the policy making of the Government.
