Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 103 === The main works of teachers are teaching, continuous learning, and counseling. Mencius was one of famous Chinese philosophers whose importance in the Confucian tradition is second only to that of Confucius himself; he had said there are three kinds of gentleman funs. One of funs is that teachers have excellent students and teach them. Thus, this kind of fun can be described as the greatest motivation to promote the education level. In today's society, it is not the only goal for teachers. In addition to teaching, learning needs to be continuous to enrich themselves, and counseling and discipline of classroom management is the greatest responsibility for the class instructors. The role of the child’s discipline or guidance, instead of parents, has gradually transferred to teachers themselves due to changes in family structure of the modern society. The purposes of this study are as follows. First, we investigate the teacher awareness and practice in education scene. Also, we study whether there is a direct relationship between the teacher belief established by ideologies and the application of seven holy virtues (or called seven precious treasures). Second, we explore how to assimilate the seven holy virtues into the professional quality and apply them to work. Third, according to the findings, conclusions and recommendations for schools and competent educational authority can be served for reference. Finally, conclusions are given to illustrate the goal of this study.
