The instrument used for this study was “Facebook usage questionaire of 5th and 6th grade students”. The subjects were 5th and 6th grade students from 16 classes of one elementary school in Taoyuan City. The data collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Chi-Square Test, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The major findings are as follows: 1. A total of 79.4% of 5th and 6th school students had a Facebook account; the maximum time of Facebook using was less than 6 months; daily usage was less than 30 minutes, weekends usage was less than 1 hour; the motivation was to relax. 2. There was difference between different grade of students in Facebook usage and cyberbullying behaviors. 3.
