碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 房地產開發與管理研究所 === 102 === Before retirement, the opportunities for financial planning of professional military officer is less than others,And they are mostly middle-aged when they retire, although with retirement salary, and more generally will re-employment or investments, however,if a slight slip in investment, their life will likely to get into trouble. In order to understand finance and investment status of retired professional military officers, this study's keynote is "real estate investment behavior of retired professional military officers".We applied questionnaires to statistical analysis in the current status of retirement professional military officers' financial investment knowledge, investment financial planning and their real estate investment , to discussing retired professional military officers' engaged in financial planning and situation awareness and real estate investment behavior. This study analyzes retired professional military officer in the cognitive status of the investment wealth management, investment financial planning as their real estate investments by questionnaires. It explores professional military officer’s financial planning and associated cognitive and engaged in real estate investment. The retired professional military officers of Tainan and Kaohsiung city are the research object of this study, and using convenience sampling survey conducted as inferences basis. This study conducted processing collected data by descriptive statistics, analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). Conclusions are summarized as follows: (1)The investment of Banking cognition of retired military officer’s were actively and positively affect their investment financial planning; (2) They select wealth management tools tend to be conservative and avoid risk. (3) Overall, retired professional soldier in the field of real estate investment is quite conservative; but the real estate investment willingness of Non-Army professional military officers' is higher than Army professional military officers'.
