碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 視覺傳達設計研究所 === 103 === Since 2007, the Family Mart convenience stores have launched a series of toy figures which connect the development and element of local religion in Taiwan. The modeling of toy figures is in connection with Gods that people worship; therefore, many temples in Taiwan successively promote the toy figures of Gods. In this study, the main character of toy figure is "Yue Lao", who is a famous matchmaker in Chinese belief. Through the design of toy figures, it connects the feelings between men and women and assists to find their companion as soon as possible. This study merges the image of "Yue Lao", colors of Yin-Yang and the five elements, and wester astrology for the application of toy figure of "Yue Lao".
