Therefore, how to make full use of the elderly person and labor to assist adaptive and stable re-employment, the government needs to pay an urgent attention and help. We expect to make this research to understand these reemployment of older employees, for the basis of the relevant projects measures in accordance with the government agencies to provide implementation of the future, also to provide employers hiring older unemployed reference, and to identify effectively re-employment of the elderly programs to upgrade employment matchmaking rate. Seniors who have to learn new know-how in the field of professional work improve organizational performance, create opportunities for themselves, and make themselves get employers’ continuing hiring when government employment grant award expires. All of stakeholders can achieve win-win situation.   In this study, questionnaires for the incentive of employment for "Employment Insurance implementing measures to promote employment" which awards the employers to hire elderly workers employed investigate the relationship between work values, job satisfaction and work the performance after the re-employment of older of 114 valid samples were collected and the data analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: 1 Work Value (intrinsic value) of job satisfaction to be significantly positive correlation. 2. Work Value (intrinsic value) of job performance to be significantly positive correlation. 3. Job satisfaction (intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction) on job performance to be significantly positive correlation. 4. Job satisfaction (extrinsic satisfaction) of the work values and job performance has intermediary effect.
