Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊工程系 === 103 === During the process of informatization, enterprises may face the challenges of transforming and integrating information in the phase of establishing fundamental data. In this phase, it acquires minute and complicated tasks, and ensuring the accuracy of data. If any error occurs, it will influence the proceeding of production. Besides, it will also consume time and manpower to track the problems. This study was aim to take an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of a company as an example. The company had employed this ERP system for a while. However, the insufficiency of original software in the ERP system caused the continuous correction for programme. From the experiences, it was found that lacking of cognition and primary habits led to the co-existance of new and old data during the process of informatization in traditional industry. The system referred in this paper took the bill of material (BOM) of ERP system as an instance. The traditional method of managing BOM and BOM in ERP system was combined to be transformed into a manner which was able to manage the files with informatized system. Thus, the data in ERP system and the original BOM can be integrated with editing records. The present method is to manage files by manual labors. It may be chaotic and unable to update the information to each unit simultaneously. The authorities reflect that files are too huge and disorderly to be renewed in ERP system. Therefore, it may cause confusion of editions, the following exceptional problems of operations, the loss of running. More problems need to be dealt with in the follow-up. What mentioned above can be a big issue for the management of enterprises. To avoid these problems, the programme developed in this paper was to promote the conformity in data in ERP system and those established by staff. Through the assistance of edition recording, the real data could fit with the data in the system to ensure the accuracy and immediateness. Additionally, the programme could increase the inner-organization efficacy and decrease the error in management.
