The management of parking lot attaches more and more importance. The parking lot with good management is a pivotal role for regulating smooth traffic and progressing local prosperity. Because of the rapid growth in the number of vehicles, an efficient and convenient parking environment will attach more importance and be welcomed. For this issue, this study will explore the recognition system with RFID parking management system, and it applies to the management of parking lot. It constructs a high-efficiency and convenient parking fees management system. In addition, it not only improves quality of service and efficiency of parking but also reduces the waste of human and material resources to reduce operating costs. This paper examines the evolution of parking management mechanism:Using the recognition system and the RFID parking management system instead of the traditional way. (The traditional way is when cars enter and leave, Parking lot hire labors to service customer and calculate parking fees.) This evolution can reduce calculate mistakes and labor costs.
