Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系博碩士班 === 103 === This thesis applies the communication protocol of Easycard reader control and transaction formulated by Taipei Easycard company, and refer the traditional air conditioning electricity payment meter of school dormitory, to develop an electricity billing and control meter by use of Easycard payment system, and then to Visual Basic to code the data retrieve and man-machine control interface of the system backend, and adopt the system operation mode that allow the user to pull out the Easycard after the payment completed. The first step of this thesis is to design the innovative system architecture of air conditioning electricity billing meter by use of Easycard system, The next step of this thesis is to implement the air conditioning electricity billing meter with Easycard payment. The billing meter combined the PC with MCU(Microprocessor Control Unit) controller to control the switch Relay operation associated with power supply, to connect electricity billing meter to retrieve the electric usage data, and to connect Easycard reader to carry on the payment transaction process. . This thesis have conducted two mode of the real site testing . One testing mode is suitable for the user who completed the payment and used the air conditioning until the end time. Another testing mode is suitable for the user who completed the payment and ended the usage of air conditioning during midway. Among those testing items, there are the man-machine interface and electricity billing workflow and power consumption for air conditioning electricity billing meter have been achieved the expected goal. The result of power consumption experiment confirmed that the innovative system proposed by this thesis have both applicability and accuracy.
