Water-cement ratio was 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 2.0. The rest of the volume will be 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of the fine MSWI instead of natural aggregates, and fine aggregate then were with 0%, 5%, 10%, and 20% of the instead of water filter silt. Due to replace the amount of water filter silt 20%, will absorb too much mixing water, so adjust Water-cement ratio to 2.0. Explore the fresh properties of slump, slump flow, tube flow, setting time and hardened properties compressive strength, ball drop. The results showed that all samples are in compliance with ASTM D6103 standards of slump/slump flow, flow consistency, slump flow are between 50-90 cm; tube flow are between 20-30 cm; ball drop test diameter were less than 7.6 cm, 28 days compressive strength are less 8.4MPa. All samples, with the addition 10% of water filter silt of lower early strength, setting time is longer, and Ball Drop in the critical value of test results. According to their fresh and hardened properties, the MSWI CLSM are feasible, but not add excessive water filter silt.
