Exhibition tank' life-support systems whether excellent or stable will be directly related to the aquarium aquatic biologicals health and presenting effects, and how to achieve a stable water quality suitable for biological growth to copy the environment and can energy-saving and exhibitions of both goals, it is the purpose of "Museum of Marine Biology" and must established means. This study used the TRIZ Innovation Principles in addition to solving water quality problems in the NMMBA (National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium) Open ocean exhibition tank - for many years' pH value was too low and unstable can't improved issues, And maintained at 7.8 to 8.3 in pH values as well as the savings of electricity consumption has reached 1,306,992 kWh, which is equivalent to reduce 799,879.1kg of annual carbon emissions, and on February 13, 2009 obtained the Director of NMMBA Official letter praise and affirmed. Furthermore, in this study " Open ocean exhibition tank water quality problems", by application of TRIZ-Innovative Principles to improve the benefits obtained: (1) pH value was 153% increase rates, (2) energy-saving and carbon reduction rates 50%.
