Experiment to FCAW welding on carbon steel welded base structure SS400 SFC-309MoL weld material as a buffer layer, and then the SFC-410NM weld material as welding cladding, the test pieces were then to 400 ℃、500 ℃ and 600 ℃ annealing temperature to eliminate the residual stress of the processing , with Rockwell hardness testing machine to detect the amount of filler metal hardness. Then wear test machine wear test, measuring the amount of weight loss, in order to assess the practice and impact and abrasion resistance of post weld heat treatment to eliminate stress annealing temperature of different weld interpa temperature. Results of that SFC-410NM welding materials of hardfacing welding for two kinds of 150 ℃ and 250 ℃ weld interpa temperature condition after 400 ℃、500 ℃ and 600 ℃ heat treatment, 150 ℃ weld interpa temperature and 250 ℃ weld interpa temperature are the greatest loss annealing 600 ℃, loss respectively 0. 9mg and 0. 8mg. And it found that hardness testing, to annealed 600 ℃ heat treatment in the 150 ℃ weld interpa temperature and 250 ℃ weld interpa temperature dropped to HRC 43 and HRC 44 from HRC 51 the 500 ℃ heat treatment temperature hardness and abrasion loss were no significant changes. From the results , at 150 ℃ and 250 ℃ weld interpa temperature, there is no significant difference in the wear amount under the same heat-treated conditions. Different weld interpa temperature conditions will not cause differences in hardness and wear , however annealing heat treatment is the main cause of the nature of the effect.
