They made dipping procedure become bottom neck of maximized manufacturing. The purpose of the research is to reduce cycle time of machine of dipping processing then increase capacity and operators’ efficiency. In further to get more margin and less cost. Metrology of this research is analyzing rely on the lean six sigma. The procedure includes 5 phases of definition, measure, analyze, improve and control. In the phase of analyze, use the fish-bone diagram to determine potential factors which effect machine cycle time in dipping processing. Then get 3 significant factors; Robot speed、motor speed、air pressure from CEM (Cause and Effect Matrix). Run experiment of hypothesis testing and understand motor speed is the most key factor for improvement. The conclusion of research indicated cycle time of machines in production line of dipping increased from 34.6 sec/pic to 29.5 sec/pic. Monthly capacity increased from 1.61 hundred million pcs to 1.96 hundred million pcs which is 29.9% efficiency enhancement. If the transferred capacity was cost, the benefit of dipping procedure is 0.72 million per year. Jen-Der Day 戴貞德 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 61 zh-TW |
