Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 103 === PMV-PPD Index was proposed by Professor Fanger for assessed the thermal comfort of environmental and applied to the analysis the train saloon of high speed rail base on Taiwan summer to verify which factors of affecting the thermal environments; and then put these relevant factors though the Taguchi Method Experiment Plan (TMEP) to be optimized. Compare the deviations between the original and optimum. It can be the reference indexes for thermal comfort of air conditioning monitoring or the basis of design change in the future. The study is found out the elements which affecting the thermal comfort of air conditioning environmental by experiment design and via Taguchi method to identify the control factors from elements and optimized them with TMEP. On board the train to perform the experiment and record all of the data and put into the PMV-PPD computing software of ISO7730 to get the PMV-PPD indexes. Seek for the parameters of difference between the current and optimum to recognize the thermal comfort of overall train saloon could be found the improvement of air conditioning environmental. The experimental results pointed out; the optimum combination is the humidity sensor installation, train temperature set to 24℃, filter cleaning mileage of 20,000km and all curtains shut down in advance. The two testing-train saloon with the optimum parameters show as PMV-PPD indexes: -0.07, 5.11% and -0.01, 5.00%, is closer to ISO7730 ideal criterion, compared with current parameters of indexes: +0.3, 6.87% and +0.24, 6.15%; it including the real measured cabin temperature and the humidity values are more correspondingly stable and concentrated lead, and lead to approach the comfortable air conditioning environment.
