The main issue currently for structural steel fabricator is to think “How to structure the management strategies and maintain the sustained competitive advantages”. The study of this thesis uses collecting documents to analyze the development of structural steel industries in Taiwan and the key factors to the sustained competitive advantages, and finally takes an example of China Steel Structure Company (CSSC) – a leader in the field of structural steel fabrication in Taiwan for case studying.
