碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 === 103 === With the rapid development on wireless communication technology and wildly use of mobile internet devices, does bring a lot of convenience and fun to consumers. Many people do have "Internet addicts" problem. A lot of military personnel cannot resist the temptation and bring the smart phone into military camp. Since the classified and sensitive information can be easily released by the camera and wireless function of mobile internet devices, many regulations have been made by the ROC Armed Forces, to prevent these kinds of problems. However, the passive forbidden method does not stop soldiers bring smart phones into the military camp, which causes extremely threat on the national defense security. This thesis wants to provide a positive way for management. Based on the Android platform, which has the highest penetration rate, we develop an NFC-based app to disable all functions that could disclose the confidential information. In this way, it will make smart phone open to the military personnel access in certain conditions, as well as an aggressive strategy to motivate the mercenary system. It could be a best balance between "National Defense Security" and "Smart Phone Use in Military"
