Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 高階經營管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 102 === In this study, the survey targets the medical staff of one Taiwanese and one Chinese hospital. For them, this work wants to examine whether the difference perceptions of job satisfaction, work values, work-family conflict, perceived organizational support, and job involvement do exist. The study questionnaire distributed a total of 320 questionnaires, 297 valid questionnaires were collected. The results are as follows:
(一) Job involvement has a positive impact on job satisfaction
(二) Work value has a positive impact on the job involvement
(三) Work values influences job satisfaction through job involvement
(四) Work values has a positive impact on job satisfaction
(五) Work-family conflict has a negative impact on job satisfaction
(六) Perceived organizational support has positive impact on job involvement
(七) Perceived organizational support influences job satisfaction through job involvement
(八) Perceived organizational support has a positive impact on job satisfaction
(九) The cross-strait differences in the medical staff are perceived organizational support, job involvement, and job satisfaction
Finally, according to the results of this study, management implications are discussed and suggests are made.
