In addition to phone call and message passing, smart phone with built-in GPS positioning function in recent years. So it's suitable for developing the applications of LBS on smart phone. Smart phone with high mobility and integration can not only take a navigate with me, but also can be used as vehicle navigation system. It could has higher mobility and better selections for drivers and a bystander. The accuracy and stability of the navigation system is very important for those who are not familiar with the road. In this study, we use questionnaire survey to collect datum, and use statistical method to discuss the relationships between consumer characteristics (including risk recognition, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, perceived ease of use, and perceived behavior control), purchase intention(including purchase motivation, price consideration, functionality consideration, brand consideration, operating interface and consistence) and customer loyalty in order to explore the smart phone navigation system selection factors using smart phone navigating system. The results show that the majority of users of smart phone with 21 to 30 years old, mostly those with an university degree. This shows the young man with university drgree interested in smart phone. The majority of smart phone operating system was Android, and the minority was windows phone. The manufactures must be able to make products to meet customers’ expectations in order to get customers' favor. This research found consumer characteristics, perceived usefulness, and customer loyalty impact the choose of smart phone navigating system deeply. The results could provide to the other researchers to adopt and we hope this research could give a great support to related industries.
