Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === A Study on the Correlation Among Money Education,Money Attitudes, and Consumption Behavior of Elementary School Students—A Case Study of an Elementary School in Kaohsiung The purpose of this study is to explore the money education,money attitude and consumer behavior of elementary 5th and 6th Grade schoolchildren and the correlation between these two variables. This study is mainly conducted on questionnaire, while the object is focus on Kaohsiung city JIURU elementary school 5th and 6th grade schoolchildren. In order to reach the purposes. Firstly, the questionnaire was conducted based on the methods of Descriptive statistics, t test, Single factor analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation, and Regression analysis. Besides, this study picks 149 elementary schoolchildren as samples to do the test, and as a result, the conclusions mentioned below can be found out. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. elementary school 5th and 6th grade schoolchildren’s manner toward money differentiates based on whether they have pocket money or not and their saving habits. Besides, when it turns to the topics of 「Learn Specification」and「Communication and Discussion」, the subscale change notably based on the difference of schoolchildren’s father’s age. 2. The schoolchildren’s attitude toward money differentiate based on the level of grade. By the way, in the aspect of 「Prestige Power」and 「Money Anxiety」, the subscale changes on a distinguish level mainly because of saving habits. 3. Consumer Behavior of schoolchildren may vary according to their age, saving habits, and the education level of their fathers. in the area of 「Fashion」, the subscale alters on the different level of mother’s age. 4. Attitudes toward money demonstrate positive correlation with consumer behavior. 5. Consumer behavior is predictable based on the schoolchildren’s attitude toward money, and manner about finance. Finally, researcher of this study conduct suggestion toward family education, school education and further researches based on the result of this study in order to improve finance education.
