碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === Since 2000~2014 years in Taiwan, the quantity of the birth was declining from 305,000 to 190,000. Affected by the declining birthrate, the preschool is facing the risk of class reduction , even close the kindergarten. Facing this difficult position, the kindergarten have to raise competitiveness continually and take appropriate operating strategy, and make kindergarten will be permanent operating. The researcher want to upgrade the course of teaching in the service kindergarten of researcher, the researcher wish to push the course of child care leader as the preschool light point, and create advantage of kindergarten as guiding principle of operating strategy. The course of child care leader was constructed out by researcher to explore the relevant literature. Building a “Future Leaders, Ambitions” special course is conceived in “Right Wenchang, Left Wu Camp” to cultivate talent all-around leaders to enhance children’s future competitiveness. The researcher focus on research if it is executable that building leader’s course for operating strategy of kindergarten? Through the questionnaire of feasibility study that build leader’s course for operating strategy of kindergarten was edited by researcher, the researcher want to know if the course of child care leader is executed, and what is the opinion of parent, teacher, and executive? The result will be analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistic software, including: Pearson correlation analysis, chi-squared test, independent-samples T test, ANOVA, and so on. Discovery from research , the course of child care leader has five spindle of courses which are included Morality , Communication and Presentation , Experiment and Invention , Early Childhood Physical and Problem Solving, and through a gradual diversification of teaching type to enhance the ability of young children. From the result of analysis, the parent, teacher and executive staff that have different individual property, and social economical property, they are very acknowledge the course of child care leader and teaching type that was designed by researcher. Except the parent of different career that have obvious different opinion in “the opinion of the course of child care leader and teaching type was designed by researcher”. Among them, the parent that career is homemaker, they are very acknowledge it. In addition, the parent, teacher and executive staff all consider it have positive dependency between Five Leader’s course and parent’s option or nominate other parent to select A kindergarten. Finally ,through the analysis result of questionnaire, interview the parent, teacher, chief ,and headmaster of A kindergarten, and they all acknowledge that it is feasible to push the course of child care leader for operating strategy of kindergarten.And sort out the concrete method how to push the short, middle, long term operating strategy in A kindergarten.
