The thesis analyzes a number of specific management activities of projects under implementation and gives the overview on limits and problems in project management of the Company at the present.
The thesis presents specific groups of solutions to complete and improve effectiveness in project management of the Company and recommends some solutions to state agencies for developing, extending qualification, management skills of construction projects in companies, bringing socio-economic effectiveness to investment and development projects.
Objectives of the thesis are synthesize experiences and contribute to clarify theoretical issues in using project management knowledge to organize implementation process of hydropower plants of Northern Electrical Development and Investment Joint Stock Company No 3.
