碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 103 === The thesis focuses on researching and analyzing current situation of project management in Northern Electrical Development and Investment Joint Stock Company No 3 from presentation of organization procedure and project management, practical contents in project management activities of the Company. The thesis also mentions implementation steps or implementation process in management procedure and contents of the Company. The thesis analyzes a number of specific management activities of projects under implementation and gives the overview on limits and problems in project management of the Company at the present. The thesis presents specific groups of solutions to complete and improve effectiveness in project management of the Company and recommends some solutions to state agencies for developing, extending qualification, management skills of construction projects in companies, bringing socio-economic effectiveness to investment and development projects. Objectives of the thesis are synthesize experiences and contribute to clarify theoretical issues in using project management knowledge to organize implementation process of hydropower plants of Northern Electrical Development and Investment Joint Stock Company No 3.
