In order to adapt the diversity of golf courses and climate, the different swing for specific trajectory to conquer is required. This study propose to trigger the swing by body, then lead arm to follow through natural reactions to make right arc by golf club. Firstly, this study discuss the different between Obstacle-free swing and Traditional swing in physical mechanics and biomechanics. In the experimental test, we included children (age 9-11) and adult (age 21-58) group, both groups consisted treatment group and control group. The treatment group applied obstacle-free swing theory and control group applied traditional swing theory. In heath factors questionnaire analysis section, we analyzed by SPSS, including independent-sample t test, paired-samples t test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The result found that speed and distance in both groups of the Obstacle-Free swing training by experimental test section analysis. It shows the advantage occurring on Obstacle-free swing better than Traditional training. Also the gender, age, height is not issue to affect the speed and distance of Obstacle-free swing application. Contrary to the weight of player may acquire more advantage on swing speed and distance. At last, this study analyze the effects of health factors between Obstacle-free swing and Traditional swing.
