And based on “Technology Acceptance Model”, researcher edit “Code.org Learning Attitude Questionnaire” to explore the attitude of students towards the courses and the factors of influencing students learning online courses. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The logical reasoning ability of fifth and sixth graders have significantly be enhanced. 2. Male and female students' logical reasoning ability was not significantly different. 3. Fifth and sixth grade students' logical reasoning ability have significantly different. 4. The higher logical reasoning ability of students, the longer the time of self-learning online course. 5. Tested students have a positive overall attitude towards “Code.org online coding course”. 6. Male and female students have significantly different attitude towards “Code.org online coding course”. 7. “Website Quality” will affect the students' “perceived ease of use” and “perceived usefulness”. 8. “Family support” will affect the student’s “perceived ease of use”. 9. “Perceived ease of use”, “Perceived usefulness”, “Perceived playfulness” have significant impact on “Attitude toward using”.
