碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 風險管理與保險學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === AIn recent years, with the trends of aging of population, declining birth rate, rising awareness of long-term care, the connection among life insurance, risk management of the elderly and their retirement financial planning is gradually important with different stages of life. This paper takes a case study on one domestic company, TransGlobe, and has some main purposes: (I) to analyze what is the main development of the retirement products, (II) what are the main risks of the aged people and the solutions, (III) how to face the retirement financial planning and to design the right insurance products. This study obtains the following findings. First, every aged people might face the risks of injury, illness and accidental death those are the bases of insurance products design for life insurance companies. Second, the insurance companies should integrate their internal sources to provide more comprehensive solution. Besides, the design of insurance policy should be considered with some aspects, as market trends and the real needs of the consumers, to provide the elderly with long-term care service and related products of financial planning.
