Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 諮商與工商心理學系碩士班 === 103 === The purpose of the current study was to examine how perceived of stigma from supervisor is related to employee''s injustice and behaviors. Following the ( conservation of resource theory ; COR ) based we developed three hypotheses pertinent to this relationship, including the mediating role of injustice. We tested our hypotheses using data from sample of at least one year full-time employees graduated from private university in Taiwan over second time periods. The study uses data collected from a survey of 235 employees graduated from private university in Taiwan. The results showed that perceived of stigma from supervisor negatively related to organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, the results showed that perceived of stigma from supervisor positively relates to organizational politics behavior. In support of the hypothesized mediated model, the results from the partially mediated of injustice on PSS, OCB and OPB. That indicate the individuals with a higher level of PSS, the indirect effects of OCB and OPB through injustice. The results set forth above, directions for future research, and implications of environmental management in practice are discussed finally.
